- developing and improving the entire IT infrastructure of the company
- ensuring the operation of IT infrastructure as required by the company
- solving all reported HelpDesk requests within the specified deadline
- compliance and management of the employer's internal guidelines
- TELCO systems management
- IT and TELCO vendors management
