As a Team Leader, you will manage and oversee all interactions with Ubisoft gamers and engage with players on all the community channels across a wide range of countries.
You will engage and motivate your staff to hit their key goals, allow them to develop their own skills and push them to strive to provide the best support they can, not only to players, but to a wide range of key stakeholders within the company. You will join an international and culturally diverse team providing great customer service.


• Lead, nurture and develop a diverse team of new and experienced Player Supporters
• Develop individualised KPIs for your team members and mentor them to help them achieve their goals
• Build productive and meaningful relationships with team members to provide the best-tailored support for the gamming community
• Support the wider CRC team as and when required

• Fluent in English and German (C1 and above) – IS A MUST
• You have a robust knowledge of new media and latest community tools and techniques and you are deeply involved in multiple social media platforms
• You have a proven experience in people management
• You are creative and a good team player
• You have strong communication skills with the ability to work in a complex organisational structure
• You are able to provide good direction to achieve tight deadlines under pressure
• You drive your team to reach results
• MS Excel, Word, Outlook - advanced user
