Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role is to act as a main point of contact with relocating employee for all related activity including home finding and other destination services, immigration, policy administration, manage all activities from A to Z.

Main tasks:
• Gain knowledge of the specific client policies and service requirements
• Develop, maintain and build working relationship with transferring employee and the Client Mobility Team
• Carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client policy review with transferring employee
• Provide continuing advice and support to both client and relocating employee
• Ensure follow up with the transferring employee throughout the whole relocation process
• Manage the expectations of relocating employee regarding the local housing market; negotiate the tenancy agreement on behalf of the relocating employee, including break clauses.
• Research and review available school places
• Provide Immigration assistance
• Manage relocation documentation, upload data and documents to internal IT system, keep the system up-to-date
• Prepare status reports and client reports
• Review and approve supplier invoices, handle the outgoing invoices related to the job services
• Manage suppliers

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Relevant experience of minimum 2 years within administration, customer service, logistics
• Experience within relocation/global mobility services is a must
• Strong attention to details
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good organization, communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; versatile, well organized with a consistent focus on quality and a passion for customers;
• Problem solving/anticipation, ability to react quickly and manage stressful situations
• Flexibility and responsibility
• Willingness to work independently but also being a great team player
