Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English
• Improvement and automation of PMO functions
• PMO delivery with VBA/SharePoint Designer/MS Access
• Working with and managing offshore teams
• Implementing efficient project and programme management tools
• Developing reporting frameworks, utilising user-focused design to produce project and programme reports
• Financial management expertise, overseeing budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Use tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/Visio & PPM, and project management tools (e.g. Clarity/MS Project/Project Server), workflow technologies (e.g. SharePoint design, InfoPath)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking, decision making, ability to organize, prioritize and track tasks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Multitasking & Time Management
• Line management experience is desirable for PMO Manager role
• Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets is preferable as well as front to back experience of Change Management

Additional Requirements
Capco London based projects (West Europe) – willingness to travel/ relocate temporarily
