Job description, responsibilities and duties

Technical Trainer and Hotline Support provides guidance to Dealer Network – Technicians in regards of any technical issues, questions raised and overall complex cases. He/she encourages dealers to provide high quality service to customers by quality information provided. Moreover, he/she is responsible for technical trainings and workshops, environmental legislation agenda and administration of company’s technical library. The daily job is to help and provide technical support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical hotline support - provide on-site assistance to the technicians for complex cases, receive and treat technical issues from the network through Kia Hotline
- Responsible for solving technical issues on daily basis - provide remote assistance to technicians, emphasize on available information sources and diagnose steps for self-solving in the future
- Continuously guide dealers towards higher quality service and diagnose - provide go-ahead references to dealers for certain repairs, in correspondence with warranty or policies
- Customer complaints raised by phone, mail or CRM - follow up on the cases and provide guidance until the customer issue is fixed
- Quality issue reporting - consultation of technical difficulties with suppliers/KMS factory
- Special service tools administration and ordering – communication with supplier, ordering, invoicing diagnosis tools and special testers
- Technical trainings - continuously guide dealers towards higher quality service and diagnose
- Technical workshops - provide technical advice to service advisors for appropriate response to customer inquiries
- Homologation agenda, communication with Ministry - Administration of approvals and all relevant EC documents (WVTA approval, registration licences, CoC...)
- Environmental legislation agenda
- Administration of company’s technical library - review Owner’s Manuals in order to optimize content and layout
- Translation and coordination of technical bulletin application and other technical documents
- Substitution of Warranty Technician during his absence (PWA & Claim Judgment, system maintenance, etc)
- Other tasks based on Manager’s request
